Unfortunately we only use MailChimp. We do not have any professional relationship or agreement with MailChimp, we just prefer their service over competitors and have used them for years.

Yes, but it is very expensive. We charge $450 per month to send one email per week from your campaign. The most efficient use of your campaign funds is to send emails yourself from your fundraising platform once we set it up.

Unfortunately no. We are available by text and email, but we are not available by phone. We keep our costs low by offering a very narrow and direct service and we believe we can answer any question by email or text.
